The problem

Great at the work. Invisible online.

Most Verde Valley businesses earn their reputation in person. Then a customer looks them up and finds nothing that shows it.

  • Phone photos and stock images. They don't look like the place customers actually walk into.
  • A Google listing nobody has touched.Old hours, three photos, the wrong pin. It's where most new customers meet you first.
  • Leads that wait.Texts, DMs, voicemails and emails. Some get answered the same day. Some never do.
  • A website that's "on the list."It's been on the list a while.

Recent work

Shot for businesses like yours.

Shops, kitchens, crews and storefronts, lit and composed with the same care as a national campaign.

Production Concierge

You run your business. I run the production.

Concierge is the part most owners never see and always feel: the planning, permissions and people that make a shoot day go right. It's recommended with every package.

  • Discovery call and walkthrough of your space
  • Shot list, schedule and run-of-show
  • Location, property and model releases
  • Wardrobe and branding guidance, including logo shirts
  • Coordination with vendors like wrap and sign shops
  • A pre-shoot meeting with your team
  • On-set production management

What do you need help with?

Most owners know they need something but not exactly what. See what sounds familiar. You don't need to know what a shot list is or which software to buy.

A new website, or a better one

Fast, built for phones, and something you're proud to send people to. You own the domain.

Professional photos of your business

Your space, your people and your work, lit properly so it looks like you on your best day.

A short brand video

A 60-second film for your website, plus vertical cuts made for social.

Showing up on Google and Maps

Your Google Business Profile built out with real photos, the right categories and current hours.

Social media, set up and posting

Profiles refreshed and scheduled posting set up from your new image library.

A system that answers leads for you

The booking and lead tool your trade already runs on, set up with instant replies, follow-ups and review requests.

Not sure? That's what the call is for. Tell me about your business and I'll recommend the right fit.

How it comes together

Each package is quoted to fit your budget after a 20-minute call. Every image comes finished and licensed for your business for three years.

Production Concierge

Planning, releases, vendor coordination and on-set management, so the shoot day runs itself. Recommended with every package.

Tell me what you need

Hiring a photographer, a videographer, a web designer and someone to set up your booking software usually means four vendors and four invoices. This is one producer and one plan.

Add-ons. Aerial drone sessions, flown by a licensed pilot I direct, and extra finished images.

Ownership. You own your domain and hosting on every package. I'm added as a collaborator.

How it works

Four weeks, start to launch.

Week 1

Discovery and planning

A walkthrough of your space, then the shot list, schedule and releases. You approve the plan before anything is booked.

Week 2

Shoot day

Photo and video on location, lit properly so it looks like you on your best day. Full Build adds a second day, whenever it serves you.

Week 3

Edit and build

Images are finished and the film is cut while your Google profile, social accounts and website go up.

Week 4

Launch and handoff

Everything goes live. You get a walkthrough and a one-page guide, so you can run it without me.

Licensing, in plain language

Your images, for your business.

I keep the copyright. You get the right to use every finished image across your website, social, ads and print.

Included

3 years

Every finished image, licensed for your own business. Renewable.

Upgrade at signing

Perpetual use

Available to small businesses at a reduced rate, at signing only. After signing, perpetual use is licensed at the full rate.

Larger businesses

Term licenses

Renewable terms. Perpetual is not offered.

Selling or sharing

Separate license

Transfer on sale of the business, or use by partners and third parties, is licensed separately.

Who's running it

Ralph Kristopher

I've been behind the lens for 35 years and in business for 25. My work has run in National Geographic, on ski passes and resort campaigns, and in brand libraries for commercial clients across Arizona and Alaska.

I direct the shoot, produce the day, and build the systems behind the pictures, so you deal with one person instead of three vendors.

I've been coming to the Verde Valley for nine years. It started as two weeks off the grid on my bike, then a month, then whole seasons. Now the Verde Valley and Sedona area is home base, and I still head out for assignments in Alaska and abroad each summer.

The production brief

If you buy production for a living, here's how a Season-Ready shoot is specified.

Read the one-page brief
Shot list
Built by deliverable, not by location: hero, environment, people at work, product and detail, vertical-first cuts for social. Each line names its use and aspect ratio.
Crew
Ralph Kristopher as director and photographer. Production assistant on full days. Licensed drone pilot and video editor contracted and directed as the job requires.
Lighting
Location strobe and continuous light, matched to ambient, so interiors and people read naturally without the flash look.
Color pipeline
Raw capture, calibrated display, Lightroom Classic grade built per client and held across both shoot days. sRGB delivery for web and social, print-ready files on request.
Deliverables
Stills at 2400px long edge for web plus full-resolution masters. Brand film at 16:9 1080p, social cuts at 9:16. Delivered by online gallery with download.
Releases
Model, property and location releases collected and filed before delivery.
Licensing
Three-year first-party term included. Perpetual upgrade available at signing for small businesses. Third-party and transfer use licensed separately.
